The Jetbull sportsbook is based out of Malta and is a relatively new addition to the online betting industry. After initially launching both sports and casino outlets in 2007, it wasn’t until 2010 that really saw the company take off with a new layout, new owners and new sportsbook provider in Odds Matrix.
The versatility of Jetbull is probably its biggest USP with the option of betting sports, playing poker, gambling on casino games or enjoying bingo. The overhaul in 2010 also saw the company take on a mobile branch of their sportsbook with great success.
JetBull are one of the latest in a long list of betting companies to have developed an online betting site. Whilst they aren’t going to compare to any of the bigger sites just yet, they have been making positive strides since their inclusion and after a bit play about, we are pleased to report that the site is excellent to use.
First impressions of their sportsbook are very good. The site has a real modern feel to it and it looks more fun, than anything. Whilst fun isn’t always what punters want to see from their betting site, it makes a sharp contrast from the majority of sites currently in the market. The black background along with the image of the football field embedded behind the sportsbook itself looks classy and the inclusion of their navigation bar the left hand side makes it a doddle to skip between the sports or market of your choice. Surprisingly they have opted to include a drop down menu system. We only say surprisingly because it’s not a feature that many bookmakers care to adopt, but it works well and it’s something we could get very used to.
The range of markets is particularly impressive on JetBull. Everything from football to futsal and basketball to biathlon are included, offering up a nice range of sports to bet on. Market depth isn’t the biggest, but the bigger sports such as football have a plentiful amount. We were impressed with the coverage American based sports such as American football, ice hockey and basketball received from the site. In fact, apart from football, these three sports are the next biggest on JetBull.
If you are familiar with our site you may know that one of our pet peeves is having betting slips open up in a new browser. We are pleased to announce that the JetBull betting slip remains with you on every page and has auto scroll meaning you can keep track of it whichever page you are on.
The site has a long way to go to better that of some of the more established bookmakers in the market but we think that they are certainly on the right tracks. It’s got a modern, if not young feel to the site which will encourage the next generation of bettors to JetBull. Very much a betting site in its ascendancy, JetBull seems to be a bookmaker that is making positive strides within the gambling industry.
